Listed under more than one category? To have your brochure in two categories on our racks (i.e. lodging and dining) a second fee will be assessed. Example: A lodge which also has a restaurant may pay for 2 brochure distributions, one under lodging and another under dining. These brochures would be placed under "Lodges" and with our restaurant menus. GuidelinesStaff will maintain brochures in the Visitor Information Center and at the Airport, notifying members when they need to bring more brochures. In order to maximize you representation, brochures need to be of a size that easily fits into a standard rack card space - approximately 4" x 9". Information for the Referral Book needs to up dated annually - staff will send a mailing to paid members reminding them, and providing them with a form for their convenience. Multiple BusinessesFor literature listing or describing multiple businesses of separate ownership but having no paid display advertising in it, all businesses within the document must be Chamber members and pay an individual rack card fee of $45 early bird price / $70 regular rate. The same fee for the brochure itself will also be assessed. The individual fee provides those businesses a space if they want it. For Visitor Guides or literature in which ads are sold, the hosting business or group must be a Chamber member, more than 75% of the advertisers in the guide must be Chamber members, the guide must be open to all or any businesses and the guide must have editorial content with information on visiting the area. The fee for visitor guides, flyers or any literature with advertisements is $300. Out of town literature and guides will be distributed at the staff's discretion.
