The 2023 Homer Winter Carnival Celebration is Saturday, February 11, 2023. The theme this year is Breaking Out of Hibernation! 

To participate please make sure you fill out the above form (In the green box) and send it to Julianne Turner at membership@homeralaska.org

This is perfect for anyone looking to find something fun to do in the winter season in Alaska! The Carnival takes place in Downtown Homer. Enjoy various floats from local businesses, civic, and non-profit organizations, associations, and individuals of all ages.

The Parade starts at 12:00 NOON; if you are a float participant please arrive at 11:00AM at the Homer High School Parking Lot
